I’m a Sunderland-based family photographer specialising in newborn, maternity, and family photography across the North East.
My photography style is natural and lifestyle-led, focusing on real emotion over perfection. I truly believe the most meaningful photographs happen in the everyday moments feeding cuddles on the sofa, tiny details, messy homes, wild little ones, genuine laughter, and heartfelt connection.
For newborn sessions, I take a relaxed and baby-led approach. While I do use a beanbag for some softly guided newborn images, my sessions are never heavily posed or traditional studio-style. Instead, I focus on natural connection, comfort, and capturing your baby exactly as they are in those early days.
That’s why my sessions are always calm, relaxed, and fun, with minimal posing and plenty of space for your family to simply be yourselves. No pressure, no awkwardness just honest moments captured naturally in the comfort of your own home.
